  • Where is your cabinetry made?
All of our cabinetry is handcrafted in our shop located in the heart of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We also enjoy collaborating with local small businesses to offer custom metalworking, custom faux finishes, stained and leaded glass panels, as well as many other handcrafted components.
  • Where do your materials come from?
All of our multi-ply hardwood plywood is made in the USA or Canada and sourced through local vendors. Likewise, all of our kiln-dried hardwoods are selected and sourced at local saw mills and suppliers. We source our custom doors, face frames, and drawer boxes through local vendors that use the highest quality hardwoods and time-honored assembly techniques.
  • What finish do you use?
Our varnish topcoats and painted finishes are spray-applied in our shop facility. We use Axalta finish products, which offer low VOC technology and are formaldehyde-free and HAPs-free. We also offer custom faux finishes such as glazes, textures and distressing, plaster, patina, metallic, and more. We have the ability to match any Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore color as well as match any custom color utilizing our in-house resources and technology. We also offer a range of sheen options, ranging from 10 sheen (matte) to 90 sheen (high gloss).
  • How do I ensure that you build to my specifications?
The designer for your project will come to your home and measure your space to create an accurate layout of the room. Once they become familiar with the space, your designer will create a functional, beautiful design that works for the space and fulfills your needs. You will be able to view the design as a floor plan as well as a to-scale rendering, showing you what the room will look like once it is complete. Your designer will work with you to make any requested changes to ensure the design is exactly what you envision. Once the design is finalized, your designer will assist with all of the necessary selections, including providing samples of all finishes for your approval.
  • How involved will you be in my renovation project?
We will be with you every step of the way! After assisting with the designs and finalization of selections, your designer will always be available for questions or concerns and will continue to keep you updated of any changes to the schedule as your project progresses. Likewise, our site supervisor works closely with our trusted subcontractors, onsite workers, and installers to ensure every project is as timely, seamless, and stress-free as possible.
  • What is your typical lead time?
Our typical lead time is 12 - 15 weeks, but this timeline is subject to change with or without notice. Please check with your designer to inquire about current lead times and to receive updated information regarding your project.
